University Development und Strategic Cooperation
The Department of University Strategy and Strategic Cooperation supports the University Board in the strategic orientation and development of Hamburg University of Technology.
It is responsible for drawing up the structure and development plan, preparing target and performance agreements and working on projects of strategic, university-wide importance.
This also includes appointment planning and management. The department coordinates cross-departmental networking between the university units and is responsible for reporting to the University Board.
