We have created a special offer that will continue to grow:

Special short workshops prepare international talents for job interviews. Experienced trainers provide tips, for example on CVs or storytelling in the cover letter of an application. You can make an individual appointment with our team at any time. We provide advice on application documents, career planning and strategy development.

New German courses (DaF) and short workshops accompany international TUHH students through the entire process of job search, application phase and career entry. They also prepare students for key aspects of the German job market and help them improve their intercultural skills. 

We offer networking events and connect international students with companies that have an open corporate culture and care about the professional development of their international employees. In our TUHH Alumni & Career Talks on starting a career in Germany, successful international alumni will talk about their paths into the professional world in Germany. 

There will be frequent excursions for international students to get to know different companies in Germany and to network across Germany. Whether it's a trip to Berlin with a visit to the Bundestag or a boat trip on the Elbe, we give students the opportunity to settle in Germany culturally and professionally. 

From the winter semester 2024/25, the Career Center will offer the new certificate course “Agile Project Management & Leadership”. As part of Fishing for Experience, you can try out agile project management in practical projects from companies and earn a Micro Cerdential with 4 ECTS.

We are strengthening our existing corporate network under the motto Norden Weltoffen ("North open-minded"). We bring students and graduates together with companies with an open corporate culture. There will be networking events and specific offers for companies that want to open up to international talents.
