Department 1: University Strategy
The University Strategy Department supports the University Board in the strategic orientation and development of Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH). It is responsible for drawing up the structure and development plan, preparing target and performance agreements and working on projects of strategic, university-wide importance. This also includes appointment planning and management. It coordinates horizontal networking between the university departments and is responsible for reporting of the University Board.
The tasks also include the development and support of strategic cooperation and partnerships with the aim of connecting TUHH in science, business, politics and society. The interfaces to the alumni as well as to the donors and sponsors of our university form a key foundation here.
