Equal opportunities for technical, administrative and library staff (TVP)
The Equal Opportunities Officer and the Deputy Equal Opportunities Officer (TVP) are independent of directives and work with the aim of promoting equality at TUHH. Their work is based on the Hamburgische Gleichstellungsgesetz of 2015 and the Gleichstellungsplan of the TU Hamburg 2021-2024 and is carried out in close cooperation with the TU Hamburg Executive Board, various TUHH departments and the Staff Council.
The new Equal Opportunities Plan for the period 2025 to 2028 will be available here shortly.
