Intercultural German Training

Are you studying in German, but German is not your mother tongue? Have you ever experienced linguistic "faux pas"? Have you ever asked yourself the question when you actually should call someone „Du“ or „Sie“? Do you sometimes have the feeling that you don't understand what the person talking to you really wants to say to you? In several workshops we will try to find answers to these and other questions.

With elements from foreign language teaching and intercultural training, we will explore why expressions and behaviour are perceived as "normal" by some and as strange, unsettling and impolite by others. We also work out strategies to recognise and avoid linguistic misunderstandings.

Just come along, regularly, sometimes or just once - whatever suits you best!
Please note that no credit points are available and very good German language skills are required (B2/C1)
