• Starting in the winter semester 24/25, we will be offering you Fishing for Experience as a study-related certificate program, which you can complete with the Microcredential ‘Agile Project Management and Leadership’ (Master's level, 4 ECTS) if you successfully participate. You will then receive proof from the TUHH that you have familiarized yourself with agile project management in practice, gained initial leadership experience and acquired other important future skills.
• You can apply to participate in the program. The following students enrolled at the TUHH are entitled to apply:

1. students from the TUHH Master's degree programs
2. students from the TUHH Bachelor's programs (from the 4th semester)
   
   If the maximum number of participants is reached or exceeded, a selection procedure is carried out on the basis of the submitted application documents, in which the relevant previous experience is decisive.
   Although the practical program is at Master's level, TUHH Bachelor's students from the 4th semester onwards are very welcome and we expressly encourage you to apply!

• Your time commitment is 120 hours. You will take part in the face-to-face events at the TUHH and get involved in your project teams. Both are prerequisites for successful participation. In addition, you will create a scientific poster together with your project team, which you will present at the Closing Ceremony in the presence of the company representatives.
• The course language (attendance and project work) is English.
• Important note: The microcredential is an additional achievement to your degree program. Recognition for your degree program is NOT garantueed and must be checked individually AFTER completion.
• The information listed here are the main points of the underlying certificate-specific study and examination regulations - Fishing for Experience (ZSPO-FfE), which is available in German only.

The Career Centre accompanies you during the programme and offers you further support in addition to preparatory workshops, through which you can train your key competences relevant to your profession.
