In her welcoming address, Professor Fischer vividly shared her experiences from the beginning of her teaching career. She found the exchange with other teachers particularly valuable, with whom she developed a concept for student-led seminars that she still uses successfully at the TU Hamburg today.

We thank all the teaching staff for their commitment in the context of I³ProTeachING – and beyond that in teaching for the TU Hamburg. Acting with deep interest, innovative ideas and didactic competence in their courses in such a way that they support our students in their learning processes is worthy of the utmost recognition!
