Apple iOS / iPadOS

For the configuration of the VPN using iOS or iPadOS no addittional software is needed. The only prerequisit is an active internet conectione.

1. Configuration of the VPN

Open the Settings and than go to General and then VPN and Devicemanagment. Chose VPN and then "Add VPN Configuration ...". For the Type select IPSec and then enter following configuration details:

  • Discription: TUHH-VPN

  • Server: any.rz.tuhh.de

  • Account: cxx0000

  • Passwort: Your password

  • Group name: TUHH-Hybrid[hybrid]

  • Secret: TUHH-Hybrid

Finaly click on Done. You should now be able to conect to the VPN

2. Connect and disconnect to or from the VPN

To connect or disconecct to or from the VPN open the settings. In the menu you shuld now see VPN. Using the On/ Off button you can connect or disconnect to or from the VPN.
