Abstract

HYDRUS-1D - a Microsoft Windows-based modeling environment for analysis of water flow and solute transport in variably saturated porous media.

Availability

Hydrus-1D is available in the Windows-Pools.

User Configuration

Before the first start-up of HYDRUS-1D there are user-specific settings to be made with My Configs.

Use My Applications to Add Hydrus1D User Environment

Add Hydrus-1D creates the HYDRUS-1D working directory H:\Application Data\Hydrus1D\, copies examples to H:\Application Data\Hydrus1D\Examples\ and creates the Hydrus-1D start icons in the start menu:

Start -->  (All) Programs --> HYDRUS-1D
