Aims

The aim of the project is to develop methods and processes to avoid failures, which occured once, in the handling of new projects.

Approach

A series of Workshops was initiated together with the companies Airbus Deutschland GmbH, Blohm + Voss, Miele & Cie. KG andSiemens Transportation Systems.

Using a Benchmarking the fields of action failure affected factores, data of the failure, knowledge of the failure, process and organization, methodical support, leadership and incentives were evaluated. Based on this Benchmark optimizing potentials and approaches are developed in different Workshops.
