1. Talos F200X from FEI (Thermo Fisher)

The Talos F200X is a modern transmission electron microscope (TEM) with a maximum acceleration voltage of 200 kV. The Talos F200X combines high image resolution with excellent analytical capabilities.

2. Tecnai 10 (100kV) TEM from Philips (Thermo Fisher)

The Tecnai 10 is a transmission electron microscope (TEM) known for its robustness and ease of use. With acceleration voltages of 20 kV to 100 kV, it is particularly suitable for more sensitive samples, such as biological samples or polymers.
