Am 01.11 und 02.11.2021 fand die MCPC 2021, die 10th World Mass Customization & Personalization Conference, in Aalborg, Dänemark statt. Die Konferenz wurde hybrid organisiert, sodass eine Teilnahme vor Ort als auch per Online-Zuschaltung möglich war. Bereits im Vorfeld zu den beiden Hauptkonferenztagen fanden zur Einstimmung auf die Konferenz an insgesamt vier Abenden erste Vorträge und Keynotes online statt. Vom PKT haben Christoph Rennpferdt und Juliane Kuhl online teilgenommen und ihre Paper in einem Live-Vortrag vorgestellt. Christoph Rennpferdt hat in seinem Beitrag über Tools zur variantengerechten Gestaltung von Produkt-Service-Systemen berichtet, während Juliane Kuhl einen Vortrag über ein Framework zur kostenbasierten Bewertung von individualisierbaren Ausprägungen für ein Produktmerkmal hielt.
