Agile methods have become an integral part of modern engineering and development processes. With our English-language module Leading Agile Teams (LAT), you will develop the key practical skills you need to lead agile teams confidently in your studies and professional life - methodologically sound, team-oriented and internationally oriented.

What makes LAT special?

In this module, you will take on the leadership of a student team in a development project. You will develop leadership skills, learn how to deal with uncertainty and implement agile methods directly in practice.

You will be supported and coached by peer feedback, experienced tutors, external professional coaches, academic staff and Professor Bursac.

Leading in Action
In the LAT module, students take on the role of agile coaches - here a coach accompanies their team in the development of a mechanical billiard system

Who is LAT suitable for?

  •     Master students of the TUHH, especially in the PEP and MEM program
  •     Students with an interest in modern leadership, agile teamwork and interdisciplinary practice
  •     Anyone who wants to prepare for leadership roles in international, dynamic working environments
  •     Note: The module is taught entirely in English - ideal for preparing for the global workplace
