Melanie Bock

Melanie Bock is a research associate at the Institute for Organisational Design and Collaboration Engineering at TUHH. Her research focuses on the development of communication concepts that raise awareness of DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) issues and actively promote engagement. In the years before, she worked as a personnel manager in the subcultural sector, promoting awareness in club culture and implementing the organisational form of Sociocracy 2.0. Before that, she worked for a short time in management development and organised psychological workshops for companies. She studied business psychology at the BSP in Hafencity with a focus on personnel and organisational development (M.Sc) and her interests lie in the further development of existing organisational forms as well as the investigation of psychological processes in work culture.
