• Structure of environmental law in Europe and Germany
• Important European and German legislation:
• EU: for example WRRL, IED
• D: for example WHG, KrWAbfG, BImschG, BNatschG and corresponding regulations
• Interaction between environmental law and technical standards (SdT, BAT)
