The DiCIE laboratory consists of four cabinets that can be variably interconnected. Each of the cabinets has the following connections:
- 3 test units (total current 160 A)
- DC line connection (1000 V max.)
- Insulated ground connection
- Laboratory ground connection
A special feature of the DiCIE laboratory is the isolated ground connection, which allows the influence of different ground configurations (TN-S/ IT) to be investigated. Bipolar and unipolar systems can also be set up.
