The Deputy Dean for International Affairs at the School of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics is looking for student assistant to support its work related to international activities of the school. The work load is 40 hours per month. It includes checking of learning agreements, development of study packages, preparation of information packages for incoming and outgoing students, communication about ECIU universities and ECIU Challenges, support in creating teaching content for ECIU modules, organization of information events for potential and actual exchange students and their individual advising. Requirements include proficiency of English, affinity to international affairs, and interest and experience in working with various IT systems; proficiency of further languages and international study experience is considered a plus.
