The Institute Water Resources & Water Supply (B-11) and the DVGW Research Centre TUHH mourn the death of Professor Dr. Knut Wichmann. Professor Wichmann passed away on May 8, 2022 at the age of 78. He headed the TUHH research institute "Water Management and Water Supply" from June 1, 1994 to March 31, 2009, and until his retirement was also head of the DVGW Research Centre TUHH, which was founded on April 1, 1996 by an agreement between the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (TU Hamburg-Harburg) and the DVGW.
