Jonas Schuster successfully defended his dissertation entitled "Automated Monitoring of Organic and Bacterial Drinking Water Constitution via PARAFAC Fluorescence Spectroscopy and Flow Cytometry", which he wrote as part of the MoDiCon project, in February 2025.
The first and second examiners were Prof Dr Mathias Ernst from the Institute of Water Resources and Water Supply and Prof Dr Manuela Antonelli from the Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI). The examination board was chaired by Prof Dr Kay Smarsly from the Institute of Digital and Autonomous Building
