About Us
We are searching for a motivated student assistant to support our Startup Factory initiative! In collaboration with numerous universities and research institutes in Hamburg, the Startup Factory Hamburg aims at building a dynamic ecosystem for entrepreneurship by fostering awareness for entrepreneurship and supporting the creation of technology startups. This position offers valuable insights into the startup scene, direct experience in entrepreneurial education, and the opportunity to connect with key players in Hamburg’s innovation landscape. Your Responsibilities
As a working student, you will support our team in various operational and strategic tasks, including:
- Assisting in the execution of two pilot programs that help students develop startup ideas.
- Coordinating stakeholder communication and engagement across multiple initiatives.
- Contributing to the conceptual development of new Startup Factory programs.
- Supporting event planning and management.
Your Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive student who brings:
- Enrollment at a university, ideally in a master’s program.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to coordinate across different stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus.
- Ideally, first experience/network in the startup ecosystem.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office software; graphic design skills are a plus.

Job Details
- Start Date: April 1, 2025 (or later)
- Working Hours: 15-20 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid (Hamburg-based)
- Duration: 5 months, with a strong likelihood of extension within the Startup Factory Hamburg
