Telekom-DSL customers making connections from their DSL lines to the TUHH network may be affected by bottlenecks, especially observed in the later part of the day. This may impede their working from their home offices.
DFN says, the problem lies within the crossover between the Telekom network and the DFN network and has been known by Telekom for two years, now. DFN-NOC sees no hope that the problem will be solved in the near future. In the actual crisis the issue seems to be getting bigger in the later part of the day as the load on the network tends to increase then.
