The event with over 150 participants was organised by our vice spokesperson Prof. Irina Smirnova and our spokesperson Prof. Michael Schlüter. Our project leader Prof. Andreas Liese from the Institute of Technical Biocatalysis was invited to give a plenary talk on "Insights and Learnings from High-Pressure Biocatalysis".
PhD candidate Eike Steuwe (Hamburg University of Applied Sciences) won a Best Poster Award of the "Fachgruppe Mischvorgänge" for his poster on "Quantification of Mixing Quality in Stirred Tank Reactors using 4D Particle Tracking Velocimetry Measurements and Lagrangian Mixing Analysis" .
