We would like to thank Mr Fitschen for his dedicated and successful work on the investigation of mixing behaviour in large-scale bioreactors. Mr Fitschen has made a significant contribution to the further development of these reactors as part of his doctoral thesis. We are therefore very pleased to continue to welcome Mr Fitschen as a post-doctoral researcher at the Institute.
