Description
In addition to the aspect of product development, the efficiency and effectiveness of production planning, ramp-up and (pre-)assembly of cabins is being investigated. IFPT is working on the design of a human-centered system for introducing new technologies with the help of knowledge management and feedback in upstream processes. The result is a user-in-the-loop system with feedback for co-design and assembly-oriented construction of modules, as well as a database for simulation models. Sensor solutions and data consistency from on-site pre-assembly to installation in the Final Assembly Line will enable smart equipment to provide cognitive and physical assistance.
