The elbe team offers a broad variety of thesis topics, on either Bachelor or Master level. Projects related to naval engineering, computational sciences and physical modeling are available.

• Shorter duration (approximately 150-200h) experimental/theoretical or numerical/computational projects (project thesis) will be used to develop experience solving limited-scale problems.
• Scientific dissertation projects (Bachelor thesis, Master thesis) allow students to demonstrate the knowledge they have acquired by solving an original problem. Project topics can be selected from a range offered by the elbe team.

The theses will be published in the Schriftenreihe Schiffbau (see a sample title page on the right).
