First, potential authors are requested to register by purchasing a ticket using the AST web site at Eventbrite (see Registration). Afterwards, please submit your abstract as well as, later on, the final paper in Portable Document Format (PDF) via email to ast(at)tuhh(dot)de. If for any reason the abstract cannot be accepted, the author has the right to cancel his/her registration free of any charge.

Abstract Submission

Authors are invited to submit their abstract, consisting of the full contact information of the presenting author and possible co-authors (name, mail address, and telephone) and a description of the intended contribution with an extent of max. 1 page. Please classify your abstract to one of the five main topics of AST. (see Call for papers). Abstract submission needs to be done via email to ast(at)tuhh(dot)de no later than September 15, 2018.

Paper Submission

After receiving the notification of acceptance (October 15, 2018), authors must hand in their final papers with an extent of 4 to 10 pages via email to ast(at)tuhh(dot)de until December 15, 2018.

 The abstract and the final paper have to be translated to Portable Document Format (PDF) before submission.
