Four professionally successful TUHH alumni – each with an international background – share their individual learnings with regard to starting a career in Germany. What were the decisive steps that lead to their success? What do they find remarkable in German business life and which unwritten rules in German working culture had to be identified first tediously, because they were never addressed in a book or course. In a panel discussion, the Career Center, TU & YOU, the Dean of Studies Management, Science and Technology met together with students and alumni of the TUHH. There was discussion about career paths and especially about starting a career in a new company.

The panel participants Astrid Bültemeier and Vera Lindenlaub from TU Hamburg answer questions about their careers, give tips on how international graduates can get started and promoted in Germany and answer questions from the audience.
