Liebe TUHH-ler/innen,

ein „Neues Normal“ hat sich noch nicht etabliert und aktuell ist doch ganz viel anders als normal. Ein wenig Hoffnung auf ein kleines Quäntchen althergebrachte Normalität gibt uns die Aussicht auf eine mögliche Personalversammlung am 23.11.2021 im hybriden Format.

Diese Möglichkeit möchten wir gerne pro-aktiv angehen und die Chance nutzen, endlich wieder miteinander in Kontakt treten zu können und uns gemeinsam auszutauschen. COVID-19 hat manchen von uns und auch viele Gruppen isoliert. Auch der Personalrat ist hiervon betroffen. Grundsätzlich jedoch möchten wir als Personalrat für euch/Sie präsent und ansprechbar sein.  Aufgrund einer in der Krise erforderlichen Distanz ist dieses Anliegen für viele von uns nicht mehr wirklich spürbar. 

Wenn wir eine Personalversammlung im November durchführen dürfen und können, dann wünschen wir uns den Kontakt mit euch/Ihnen nach längerer Zeit wieder herstellen zu können.  Auch möchten wir euch/Ihnen viele Informationen dazu geben, was wir trotz der Krise und gerade aufgrund der Krise alles erreichen konnten. 

Wenn wir aber nicht nur einseitig informieren, sondern uns beiderseitig zu brennenden Themen austauschen wollen, dann bedarf es einer gemeinsamen Initiative. Um diese möchten wir euch/Sie heute bitten. Und diese Bitte ergeht an alle Statusgruppen, d.h. an die Professorinnen und Professoren, an Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler und an das gesamte in der Technik und der Verwaltung beschäftigte Personal:

Meldet/Melden euch/Sie uns bitte kurzerhand einfach unkompliziert und absolut vertraulich alle Themen, welche nach längerer Zeit für einen Austausch auf der Personalversammlung infrage kommen unter pr_vorstand(at)tuhh(dot)de. Alle eure/Ihre Themen und Anliegen, welche unsere TUHH und uns als Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter betreffen, sind willkommen. Zurückliegendes oder Kommendes, Schönes oder Bedrückendes, Tatsächliches oder Ungewisses!  Wer völlige Anonymität wünscht, kann auch dieses Formblatt ausgefüllt an den Personalrat senden oder den digitalen Briefkasten nutzen.

So oder so gibt uns die Übermittlung eurer/Ihrer Themen uns die Chance eure/Ihre Informations- und Kommunikationsbedürfnisse zu verstehen, zu sortieren, auszuwählen und vorzubereiten. Nur so können wir uns auf einen guten Austausch im Plenum gründlich vorbereiten. Und genau das ist das Ziel unseres heutigen Aufrufs.

Wir freuen uns auf viele Rückmeldungen und eine hoffentlich große Anzahl von Teilnehmenden an der Personalversammlung.

Dear all at TUHH,

A "new normal" has not yet been established and currently there is a lot that is different from normal. The chance for a possible staff meeting on 23.11.2021 in a hybrid format gives us a little hope for a grain of traditional normality.

We would like to proactively approach our chance to finally get back in touch with each other and exchange thoughts and ideas together. COVID-19 has isolated some of us and also many groups. The Staff Council is also affected by this. Basically, however, we as the staff council would like to be present and in close contact with you. Due to the required distance during the crisis, this concern might have been overseen and lost by many of us. 

If we are allowed and able to hold a staff meeting in November, we would like to be able to re-establish our contact with you after a longer period of time.  We would also like to give you information about what we have been able to achieve despite the crisis and precisely because of the crisis. 

However, if we do not only want to inform you unilaterally, but also exchange information on burning issues, then we need a joint initiative. And this is what we would like to ask you for. Hence, this request goes out to all status groups, i.e. to the professors, to scientists and to the entire staff employed in technical departments and in administration:

Please report/notify us without further ado, simply and in an uncomplicated and absolutely confidential manner, about all the topics that come into you mind for an exchange at the staff meeting via e-mail  pr_vorstand(at)tuhh(dot)de.  All your topics and concerns that affect our TUHH and us as employees are welcome: Things past or coming, wonderful or depressing, what happened or is unsure at TUHH! If you prefer complete anonymity, you can also fill in this form and send it to the Staff Council or use the digital mail box.

Either way, submitting your issues gives us a chance to understand, sort, select and prepare for joint information and communication needs. Only in this way can we thoroughly arrange for a good exchange in plenary. And this is exactly the goal of our call today.

We look forward to plenty of feedback and hopefully a large number of participants at the staff meeting.
