In the lecture „Project Management“ the characteristic phases of a project are explained. The main focus will be potential tasks, organization as well as techniques and tools for the initiation, definition, planning, controlling and completion of projects as well as the handling of a project management software "OpenProject" as it is used in practice. This will also be done by applied exercises.
Students of the study program "International Management and Engineering" (IWI) are additionally offered the elaboration of a semester-long project, which is to be implemented by the software "OpenProject".
