Prof. Dr. Alexander Penn
"Innovation needs knowledge"
My mission is to contribute to making our energy system and industrial production more sustainable, efficient, and carbon-neutral. Hence, I am developing methods to image flow, temperature and chemical reactions within multiphase and reactive flow systems. Besides being pivotal in making our world more sustainable, these systems are fun to study!
