DieseLehrveranstaltung gibt einen Einblick in die Methodik bei der Entwicklung von Prozessender Industriellen Biotechnologie. Wichtige Teilaspekte hierbei sindbeispielweise die Entwicklung der Fermentation und der Aufarbeitungsschrittezum jeweiligen Zielmolekül, die Integration der Teilschritte zu einemGesamtverfahren sowie die Wirtschaftlichkeit des Verfahrens.
