Description:
The challenge includes the development of an affordable product and will be conducted in cooperation with company Nestlé. The aim is that students develop in small groups of five people a novel concept as well as a physical prototype. Details and requirements will be presented within the first meeting. Information on food product development will be provided and the students have the chance to use the Nestlé creative food lab in the Institute of Solids Process Engineering and Particle Technology.
Pre-requisites:
Master student of process engineering with the module "Forschungsprojekt Verfahrenstechnik" in the course scheme
Performance accreditation:
Final presentation about the developed snack and the way of development
