Principles from evolutionary psychology areapplied to understand human behaviour in an organizational context. We examinethe evolutionary roots of decision-making, leadership, adaptation, andorganizational dynamics. The ambiguity of an evolutionary perspective onorganizational behaviour is taken into consideration.
