WCSMO Contributions

Multiple members of the SENSUS project will give presentations at the upcoming 14th World Congress of Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization (WCSMO14), see <link http: www.wcsmo14.org>www.wcsmo14.org.  The WCSMO is organized by the International Society for Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization and is one of the most relevant conferences on optimization in engineering.

Planned Contributions:

  • A. A. Nejat. Weakly and fully coupled level set-based topology optimization of flexible multibody systems.
  • J. P. Escobar. A shape optimization approach towards scalable algorithms allowing large deformations.
  • A. Held. Topology optimization with stress constraints and time-varying body forces.
  • B. Kriegesmann. Robust Design Optimization with Design-Dependent Random Input Variables using the Reciprocal First-Order Second-Moment Method.
  • L. Radtke. Adjoint shape optimization for hyperelastic structures and fluid-structure interaction.
  • T. Schmidt. Topology Optimization of Reduced Flexible Dynamical Systems with Unilateral Contacts.
  • T. Suchan. Shape optimization based on weak shape derivative formulations for two-dimensional Stokes flow.
