Abstract: Effective simulation data analysis and communication is one important challenge when applying simulation. This paper complements current endeavors to open the black box of simulation models by making complex relations and causal links between variables explicit. Structural Equation Modeling is discussed as an approach to analyze and visualize complex causal networks of variables from simulated data.
