From May 28th to May 30th, 2024, the Institute for Aircraft Production Technology (IFPT) was represented at the Aircraft Interiors Expo 2024 (AIX) in Hamburg. We presented our institute and the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) with great joy and enthusiasm.

Jil Eltgen and Marvin Höhner were primarily responsible for this, and were actively supported by Max Nicolaysen and Adrian Pustelnik. We would also like to thank the students and tutors Finn, Jannik and Clemens, who also helped us out on the individual days.

Our highlight was the demonstration of one of our UR10e cobots, which is equipped with a Zivid 2 M70 camera. This cobot can create impressive 3D scans of faces.

It was particularly pleasing that we were also able to present ourselves to groups of students. It was an excellent opportunity to inspire young people about our work and give them an insight into the world of aircraft production technology. In addition, we had interesting conversations with experts, partners and visitors who gave us valuable insights and new perspectives.
