I need your help in the continuation of this work. This web page has been constructed so that you can see what has been done thus far and to help me as I continue the work.

I am interested in receiving from you any information that you will help us. I am particularly interested in knowing:

2) any additional biographical information (or a citation to it if it is published) on these currently listed individuals and organizations
